Description
STUNNING CONVERTED 18th CENTURY FLOWER MILL WALKING DISTANCE TO MIJAS VILLAGE WITH PANORAMIC SEA AND MOUNTAIN VIEWS
Just a ten-minute walk from the lively village of Mijas boasting over 49 restaurants and bars, this exceptional converted 18th Century flour mill enjoys arguably some of the best views in Mijas. Set on approximately 4,400 m² of land, it offers around 700 m² of interior space with breathtaking views across the mountains and Mediterranean.
The ground floor opens into a spacious entrance hall leading through to a huge separate dining room and an impressive open-plan kitchen. On the other side of the hall, a generous living room features a fireplace and beautiful sea and Mountain View’s with terrace.
The first floor has five bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The large principal bedroom enjoys wonderful panoramic Mediterranean and mountain views and opens onto a large private terrace.
On the lower level of the main house, there are two further bedrooms, two bathrooms, with one currently used as an office, a large dressing room and a substantial flexible space that could be used as a gym or yoga studio. Beneath the main residence, a separate two-bedroom apartment has its own entrance and private parking for two cars.
As you enter the property from the street, you’ll find a generous parking area for up to six cars and a three-car garage. There is also a covered carport at the front of the property.
In one of the garages is a large water tank, with enough capacity to supply the whole house for up to two weeks. The water entering the house passes through a saltwater purification system.
The property is surrounded by beautifully manicured gardens, with a private swimming pool and several gazebos providing shaded spots to relax. The setting offers a wonderful sense of privacy and tranquillity, with no overlooking neighbours.
Further features include underfloor heating throughout, separate air-conditioning units in every room and extensive storage space. The property has a bed-and-breakfast licence and would be an ideal retreat with its peaceful surroundings.
