David Martin – Director
The Property Advisory was set up by David Martin. David has dual nationality British/Czech and decided to use his vast experience in global real estate to help discerning clients purchase their dream homes on the Costa Del Sol be it for investment or lifestyle purposes.
Whilst David owns property in three countries currently (The UK, The Czech Republic and Spain), he has worked in emerging market property markets for over a decade. This includes but isn't limited to working with property in Croatia, Turkey, Bulgaria, The Czech Republic and Brazil.
It is David's mission, to provide a turn key property solution for all of his Czech/Slovak clients whilst being in the unique position to speak to them in their own language.
Joe Aguado - Administration Manager
Born and raised in London to Spanish parents, Joe is naturally bi-lingual. After spending significant time within the IT sector in the Construction and Real Estate industries, Joe chased his dream and moved his young family to his roots in Southern Spain in 2011. He was looking for a different lifestyle and he has never looked back.
During this time, Joe has used his organisational and communication skills to deliver first-class services to customers and clients alike. Joe is responsible for the day-to-day running of the business, ensuring the services we provide are maintained at a high level, whilst also keeping communication channels open between clients and our partners in order to keep all parties informed at all times.
Klara Kasparova – Senior Real Estate Agent
Klara was born and raised in Southern Moravia in the Czech Republic. In Brno she studied hotel and tourism management and attended the Goethe Institute of languages. Klara is fluent in Czech, English, Spanish and German.
While traveling Europe she ended up in Southern Spain where she found her second home and has been living for the past 15 years.
Her working experience started in the hotel sector, as a representative and sales person. In recent years she has been working in the real estate business with a focus on rentals and sales.
Klara's skills, drive and outgoing personality make her the perfect guide for our clients to find their dream property.
Alexandra Parrilla – Senior Real Estate Agent
Born in Rotterdam of Spanish descent, living on the Costa de Sol for over 20 years and with several successful businesses, Alex joins the team and will, among other things, guide the house hunt for our Dutch / Belgian clientele and support us in the services we offer. With a wealth of experience, she is very much looking forward to helping our customers in the search for their Spanish dream.
ENRIQUE GARCIA –MARKETING & DESIGN MANAGER
From the local area, Enrique has been in the design and marketing industry for over 10 years. After spending time away from home building his skillsets in various markets, he brings his knowledge and experience back home to The Property Advisory.
