Description
Discover this beautifully renovated villa situated within the prestigious gated community of El Madroñal, one of Benahavís’ most exclusive residential areas. Recently transformed through a full renovation, the property now offers the comfort, quality and finish of a brand-new home while retaining the charm and character expected from a villa in this sought-after hillside setting.
The renovation has been carried out to an exceptional standard and includes all-new electrics, plumbing, bespoke windows, a completely new kitchen, underfloor heating throughout the house, and electric curtains and blinds. Every detail has been carefully considered to create a turn-key home ready for immediate enjoyment, offering modern comfort, practical family living and a refined Mediterranean lifestyle.
Accessed through an electric gate, the villa welcomes you with a sweeping driveway leading to a private garage, providing secure parking and easy access to the property. Part of the former garage area has been thoughtfully converted into a separate studio, creating ideal guest or staff accommodation. This additional space offers excellent flexibility, whether used for visiting family, live-in staff, older children, a home office or independent guest quarters.
Inside, the main home has been designed with an easy and natural flow, ideal for family life. The lounge, dining area and kitchen connect seamlessly, creating a bright and sociable living space perfect for everyday living, entertaining and relaxed holidays.
The spacious lounge features a fireplace and opens directly onto the terraces, allowing indoor and outdoor living to blend beautifully. The newly fitted kitchen is a standout feature of the home, offering a stylish and practical space for cooking, dining and gathering with family and friends. A separate utility area adds further convenience.
The property offers five bedrooms and five bathrooms in total, including the separate studio accommodation, providing generous space for family and guests. The main residence is complemented by the independent studio, creating a flexible layout that is ideal for visiting relatives, live-in staff, older children, a home office or private guest accommodation. This thoughtful arrangement makes the villa particularly well suited to modern family living while offering excellent versatility and privacy when required.
The outdoor areas are designed for year-round enjoyment. Mature gardens, several terraces and a private swimming pool create a peaceful and private setting for relaxing, dining outdoors and entertaining. The villa also features an exterior kitchen with a traditional Andalusian barbecue, perfect for family meals, summer evenings and entertaining guests in a truly Mediterranean setting.
Holiday rentals are permitted, making the property not only an exceptional family residence but also an attractive investment opportunity. Its generous layout, private setting, secure community, guest accommodation and excellent outdoor entertaining areas make it especially well suited to luxury holiday rentals on the Costa del Sol.
El Madroñal is renowned for its privacy, security and natural beauty. Set approximately 400 metres above sea level, the community enjoys spectacular views across the Mediterranean coastline, Gibraltar and, on clear days, towards North Africa. Surrounded by pine, olive and cork trees, it offers a peaceful countryside atmosphere while remaining close to Marbella, Puerto Banús, San Pedro de Alcántara and Benahavís.
The community benefits from 24-hour security and is known for its large plots, elegant villas and exclusive residential environment. Nearby La Heredia offers restaurants, bars, a bakery, butcher and other local services, while beaches, international schools, golf courses and shopping areas are all within a short drive. Málaga and Gibraltar airports are also easily accessible via the AP-7 motorway.
